Agent Opportunities
Legal Consultancy Services is a firm providing claims handling, investigation of accidents and legal support services tailored to the individual requirements of the legal professions and insurers alike. We handle volume instructions and require agents throughout England & Wales.
We welcome enquiries regarding agent opportunities from sole practitioners and small firms prepared to turn around quality work, and who are experienced in CFA/RTA matters, and/or EL/PL work.
The criterion for selecting our agents is to insist that evidence of their work and experience is provided. Even if you are experienced in one type of work, but not another, we still want to hear from you. We will then call the agents we want to shortlist and thereafter enter into a service agreement if the agent and we feel this will be mutually beneficial.
In addition to the above, each agent must have excellent IT skills, an email address and facilities to print off work, producing documents to a high standard.
For document posting, a "Box" number is not acceptable and in addition, a landline telephone number is required also.
If you are interested in being considered for our panel, then please forward the following BY POST ONLY: -
- 1. CV to include two professional references (one must be a firm you have received instructions from)
- 2. Copy of current professional indemnity insurance
- 3. Information Commissioner registration number
- 4. Sample statement (RTA or EL or PL) that you have submitted to an instructing solicitor/insurer dealing with parties to the action, liability and quantum evidence
- 5. Copy locus report.
It is vitally important that the samples of work sent to us DO NOT contain any data that will allow anyone considering said documents to identify any person or undertaking, save for the agent themselves.
You must be aware that the work our agents do is strictly timetabled for return dates and you may wish to include an outline of your control of workflow/diary policy, within a covering letter.
