Service Times
All instructions can be delivered either by post or email.
Contact with policyholder will usually be made by no later than 48 hours (not including Sundays) after receipt of instructions. You will be informed of all contact with policyholder and receive confirmation of the appointment date.
Accident/Incident Investigation

Insurer's Liability
Investigation of all reported accidents or loss place particular emphasis on confirming the liability of the policyholder and thereafter, whether the insurer is on cover for the accident or loss.
Reporting
Legal Consultancy Services will report back to you as per your own protocols and in any event, at pre-arranged milestones. Reports can be emailed, faxed or posted as per your requirements.
Statements/Enquiries
Interviewing of policyholder and witnesses in order to obtain all the information available, allowing you to concentrate on tactical decisions in order to expedite the claim.
Site inspections
Legal Consultancy Services can act as your representative at site inspections dealing with the claimant's representatives at site inspections.
