Service Times
All instructions can be delivered either by post or email.
Contact with client will usually be made by no later than 48 hours (not including Sundays) after receipt of instructions. Every endeavour will be made to arrange an appointment within one week. You will be informed of all contact with clients and receive confirmation of the appointment date.

Experience has shown that many clients cannot, or will not attend your offices. Funding documents posted to your client can, on occasion deter clients from progressing a claim. By using Legal Consultancy Services, this can be avoided.

Legal Consultancy Services can take the time your firm can ill afford to provide, in order that the client can be provided with a full explanation of your funding documents. We will also obtain the information required to draft a full statement, as well as any other information you require.
Statements
Interviewing of clients and witnesses in order to obtain all the information available, allowing you to concentrate of tactical decisions and expediting your case.
The drafting of the statement will include all the details to allow you to ensure you have full CRU information, other witness details and a full version of not only the accident itself, but other information pre and post-accident that may impact on liability.
Accident Investigation
Legal Consultancy Services will carry out a full investigation of accidents to allow you to consider all the facts and circumstances of a given incident.
Site Inspections
We can act as your representative at site inspections. On occasion, claimants can prejudice their own cases whilst dealing with the defendant's experienced representative at site inspections.
Other Enquiries
Legal Consultancy Services are able to utilise regional network of associates to deal with matters on your behalf. We are able to trace and locate persons if required and provide a seamless service for you.
No-win-no-fee Assistance
If our fees are paid by no later than 30 days, Legal Consultancy Services will furnish a credit note in all no-win-no-fee cases if the matter fails within 90 days. This will spread the risk in such matters.
